Hamilton Minor Hockey Council Annual General Meeting – March 10, 2010 @ Chedoke Arena @ 7:00 p.m. 

Registration starts at 6:30 p.m. – only those members whose name appears on the voters list for their Association will be allowed to vote.  Anyone can attend.

Due to not having a quorum at the May 2009 AGM business arising at the meeting had to be tabled until another AGM could be called.

Peter Martin stepped down as President of the HMHC and Gerry Potter was appointed interim Chairperson of the Council by the HMHC Council members.

Each Association can send members of their Executive and a coach from each of their teams as voting members of their Association.  Please speak to your Association President if you quality, to have your name put on your Association Voters List. Voters Lists must be in the hands of Joanne Altenburg, Secretary Treasurer of the Council by February 17th, 2010.

Lack of attendance in the last 5 years has made conducting the business of the Council difficult. The AGM allows changes to be made to the Constitution and Bylaws of the Council and for the election of new officers etc.

It is extremely important that members attend the annual AGM.
